Elisabeth (Charnley) Bottomley
Managing Partner
Elisabeth spent more than ten years at World Energy (a NASDAQ-traded company acquired by EnerNOC) executing procurement strategies for both wholesale and retail customers. As Director of Wholesale Markets, she was responsible for developing and delivering procurement strategies for high-profile utility customers across North America.
Elisabeth went on to serve as Director of Operations for World Energy, running the company’s $25M energy procurement business. In this critical role, she developed and led a cross functional team, and she is widely considered to be a subject matter expert in procurement transactions and increasing capacity and profitability through automation and cost reduction.
In addition to her role as Managing Partner for Bidwell Energy, Elisabeth is also a Managing Partner with Yolon Energy, an energy brokerage and consulting firm she founded with Tim Lockwood and Russ Monroe.
Elisabeth’s experience ranges from working with small businesses to some of the largest utilities in the country for their energy needs.
She received a BA in Mathematics from The College of the Holy Cross and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Babson College.
